My Baby Boy

BEFORE
AFTER I decided to get his beautiful blond hair cut. Big mistake, I am still crying about it, litterally. I don't care when I get a bad hair cut, I would have taken Rylee getting her hair all cut off better than this. He doesn't even look like himself, not like my babyboy.

This is a picture after one meal. How can a child get this messy, the back of him looks as bad as the front. He loves to cheese it for the camera, at least he still has his cheesy smile. He is such a happy boy. This past week he has been so sick, and his finger got smashed in the door and got infected really bad, but through it all he is just so happy (as long as you don't touch his finger). I just love him.

HALLOWEEN FUN

Making Sugar Cookies for Halloween

Of course Nick has to try to scare every little kid he can. He went in the store to buy me some medicine and came out in this mask. He got in the car and just looked at the kids. Ry and Drey laughed, they are used to this, but Jav is not and he did not know what to do, until the monster tried to reach for him, then he knew to scream.

PUMPKIN CARVING

Mckay and Traci brought pumpkins and we all got together to carve them a week and a half before Halloween. Unfortunately we didn't know they would only last a couple of days. So the night before Halloween, Nick took the kids to Megan's and they carved some more.

The Happy Bat, Sleepy Hallow, Hellooo, and Webmaster

Mr. Meowkins,Dead Mad's Warning, and Happy Bat

Rylee was a 'Nice and Happy Witch', though she was not happy about the black hair, she was afraid it would not come out. Drey was of course Batman, he's been wearing his costume every day since he got it. And Jav is a skeleton, he just wanted to sleep.

TRUNK-OR-TREATING
Rylee loved it and didn't miss a car. After going up and down the street to all the cars, she sat and watched for other cars to pull up, then run to the. She also had fun handing out candy. After only two cars, Dreyson saw the swings and ran to them. Javyn made it halfway down the block when he decided he was too tired to go on and sat down in the middle of the road waiting to be picked up.

THE MONSTER BUCK

Nick shot this from about 320 yard away. Right after he shot the monster buck stepped out from behind a bush and the guy behind him shot it. Nick says he is embarrassed by how small this is, I just want to know how that is supposed to make me feel about my buck last year.

Powell Point

On Tuesday we went up to the most beautiful place ever, Powell Point. Everyone, including Nick, said how crazy we were because it was so cold. It was 5 degree with the wind chill at Ruby's, so to go up to I guess 12,000 ft was insane. The wind was blowing at Ruby's, but not up on the mountain, it was nice and calm. It was a litle hazy, so we couldn't see as far, but is was still so beautiful. My dad was so nice to let us borrow the Ranger with heat. It was a tight squeeze to get all four of us in there, but it was better than freezing on a fourwheeler.
Me and my Honey and MaKay and Traci

Here is the town of Tropic under the rim of Bryce

Way in further back valley you can see the town of Henrieville

The red ridge is the rim of Bryce Canyon and of course Ruby's Inn is just behind it though you can't see it.

The trailor was too narrow for the door on the Ranger to open once it was loaded. We were very careful not to do any harm to my dad's Ranger, so we decided it was best to keep the door closed and have Nick climb through the back. When we got back, Nick had to climb through again to get in and my dad was there and asked why we didn't just load it with the door open:)

This is the herd of elk out back of our house that we hear every night and get to see every morning. The day before they were a lot closer, but I didn't have a camera. I think it is so cool to be able to have a herd of elk out my back door and to be able to watch them every morning.
